To us, product innovation doesn’t begin and end with a fruitful innovation workshop. It also doesn’t conclude with a finished prototype. At Onyx, we believe in a holistic, iterative approach that guides our clients through the product innovation process. Starting with correctly identifying and assessing the relevant product opportunities, through feature requirements definition, vendor assessment and project management, all the way to product launch and post launch success tracking.  We have access to a talented pool of designers and engineers that can bring new products to market on behalf of our clients.

Some of our clients have already developed an innovative technology. To them, the problem is how to identify the right application for it. Leveraging our extensive experience in financial modeling and monetization scheme identification, we help them glean the product from the technology, devise a pricing strategy that makes sense, and create a business model that would appeal to investors.

We help our B2C clients with customer development by monitoring, tracking, and analyzing market feedback, and pivoting as needed to achieve the elusive product-market fit. We further help clients identify and reach new audiences and drive ongoing engagement with their products. For our B2B clients, we help identify and negotiate with strategic partners who would help their business grow.

Another cohort of our clients is in an enviable position – everybody loves their product. The problem for them is how to scale their infrastructure to support millions of consumers, and how to provide customer service that delights those customers. With years of experience dealing with infrastructure requiring “five nines” availability, and developing customer support protocols that result in happy customers, we put the right processes in place that eliminate break points and perform necessary pressure tests to ensure availability.
